Besides that, service is down. All clocks were just removed from offices so customers would not be able to track wait times. In my local office, there are a few hardworking front employees, but the typical one is this guy who will just get up at any time to take a leisurely walk to the back for a few minutes to get himself a soda, when when 20+ people are in line waiting for one or two clerks.
Think about it, you drop your letter in this box and like magic it is delivered in a reasonable time.
