TAMPA – Police say officers shot a teen-ager Sunday who was trying to rob a man at gunpoint.
Ahmad Black, 16, of Apollo Beach, was shot four times and taken to Tampa General Hospital with non life threatening injuries, according to a police report.
Lt. Paul Lusczynski, a police spokesman, said Black was hit in the elbow, ankle and buttocks.

I'd say lousy job by the cop. He should be suspended without pay until he re-qualifies on the range. In fact, if he's a good shot, he might not be emotionally qualified to be a cop. He sprayed at least 4 shots, and all he could get was "non life threatening injuries".

Yup...Florida ROCKS when it comes to self-defense...a person who acts in lawful self-defense is immune from criminal prosecution and civil lawsuits...plus, if someone DOES try to sue you, the state will reimburse you for any expenses you incurred because of the lawsuit.
