Hijacked by isolationists, insulationists, power-projectors. Can’t quite picture what an isolationist power-projector would be.

Chuck and Bloomie? No, really, this is an experiment to see if it’s possible for a major ticket to garner exactly zero votes, isn’t it?

"I am not happy with the Republican Party today," Hagel said. "It's been hijacked by a group of single-minded almost isolationists, insulationists, power-projectors." lol.....isolationist power-projectors?

There are many things wrong with the Republican Party today (most notably, fakers like Chuck Hagel and Michael Bloomberg), but I hadn’t considered the problem we have with those nefarious “insulationists and power-projectors.”

And the media scoffs at Ron Paul’s candidacy! At least he has some constituents.

How can you be isolationist and power-projecting at the same time?
(...And incidentally, coming from one of the two declared anti-war candidates in the GOP field, Hagel using “isolationist” as an epithet is pure comedy.)

If they put Hagel on top of the ticket it might be trouble. but if Bloomly is on top and then the Dems are in trouble. I mean can you see Bloomy forcing Hillary to talk about Gun Control as the Republican just sicks back and smiles.....

Hijacked by isolationists, insulationists, power-projectors. Cant quite picture what an isolationist power-projector would be. Thank you. Hagel is becoming senile. Wonder if the Dems would consider a trade for Tim Johnson?

this is an experiment to see if its possible for a major ticket to garner exactly zero votes, isnt it?Don't underestimate them. If the choice came down to Hillary or Obama vs. Rudy or McCain then a third party will probably generate a lot of interest. Even Hagel and Bloomie will become attractive to some.
