Perhaps he can explain why he was only one (of two) republicans in the House to vote FOR an Iraqi withdrawal bill Because he thinks that we shouldn't be meddling in Iraq on principle, and, that it does not do us any good. That every day we are there, it is just more US soldiers dying.
Now, I am not saying he is correct, or even that I agree with him.. I don't really. But, you asked for an explanation, and there it is.
