There’s lot of unanswered questions, namely, did either of them enjoy their time together? And did they do safe sex or not bother?
And did it really happen that way? Ok, so it’s 3 a.m. and it’s dark and she’s half asleep. but still, does she feel somebody getting into bed and immediately “assume the position”???? some things just don’t add up about this case.

Yes. There may have been...alcohol involved. Even so, if a strange piece of ass wandered into your bed, wouldn’t you know it?
It won’t be long before you have to sign a consent form with witnesses (sober) to have sex in Massachusetts. Maybe a notary public too.
I must say though...sex in Vermont is great.
