I remember the Moose Limbs kidnapped/ransomed a Diplo-Commie and a murky Commie Agency grabbed a Moose Limb relative and shipped the aforementioned relative’s ear to the kidnappers in lieu of payment.

Negotiations moved along rather nicely at that point!
