How did it find its way to DU? I doubt that Jim gave it to them; so that would leave, let's see, the sleazeball lawyer as the only party likely to have provided this correspondence to the sleazeball leftist 'Rat site.

You have hit upon the question of the day. I think the DNC shyster has some 'splaining to do.
You are correct on your post that obviously the Lawyer “leaked” the letter to LW Bloggers in an attempt to do the exact same thing he accused Quinn and Rose of, defamation of character. So, if the “slimeball” wants to play hard ball, I submit that each of us who post on here donate 200 dollars, and 10 hours of time to Jim to “return the favor” to Sandler and Dean. If they think this is a war, then let’s give them what they want. Total uninhibited political campaign. Hold nothing back, and use every weapon in our arsenal. Remember, Dean set the bar, so let’s not disappoint him..
Just sayin, if they want a fight, then let’s run to that fight, and do it with enthusiasm. Embrace this opportunity to defend this constitution we have encased in the hearts of each of us. After all, this United States belongs to the People. If we sit back and allow those individuals to trample on our rights, we deserve what we get. We have a voting box, but we also have the right to speak out against injustices like these. I do sound bold don’t I?
Lo and behold, I’m driving home today and the 2 PM ET Fox Radio News broadcast plays a clip of a retired Nat’l Guard general giving the RAT response to the President’s radio message. What did the general say? That Iraq had an impact on the guard response to the tornadoes!!! And don’t tell me that the radio address was thought up a few hours before it was delivered. The DNC is angry because someone stole their thunder! That’s all.
