Well, yes, I understand that. But my point was, the email is likely the first notification, with certification following in the mail. Read what I’ve responded with; read other confirmations within this thread. I’m sorry the thread is so long and involved, but there is sufficient confirmation (for me and others) that this is not a hoax.

ok, so my question is, why did only FR and XM receive the cease and desist order?? why not all of the other conservative AND liberal websites this information was disseminated on? Are the Dems THAT SCARED of this website and the truly amazing investigative abilities of it’s members that they feel they must resort to this?????
