Seems to me their case would be with Quinn. Except they don't have one. The libel threshhold for public figures such as Dean and Sebelius is extremely high.
FR is accurately reporting what was said on the Quinn show.

Glad to see that the DNC confirmed what Quinn said. So, is it now illegal to talk to someone about what Quinn said?
