Stop the insanity of these laws. Let people be free.
Someone said it was the car seat industry, but consider this.
What if there’s research out there that insurance companies buy saying these seats will reduce injuries (as in insurance claims)?
The insurance people lobby the politicians hence the “safety” legislation.
Between my 5 year old son and my 3 yeard old daughter, the price of a forward facing car seat in the state of MO doubled. We went from the swing-down types to the 5 point harness types with straps that are strong enough to tow an ATV out of the mud.
