That statement is confusing. I hope it means that Bush will allow some of the pork the Dems want in exchange for NO TIME LIMIT ON THE TROOPS, and standards to be set for the Iraqi government. That’s what he wanted all along. If I have it right, Bush outsmarted them AGAIN.
Now is the time to ATTACK.
Those allegedly conservative Dems who are holding seats they do not deserve need to be FLOODED with email and phone calls. More important, their district newspapers need to be flooded with stories of how they voted to install Pelosi as Speaker and thereby condone her actions.
The opposition is attacking GOP congresspeople in marginal districts. If we do not do the same, we concede the battle. And the war.
