His lying didn’t work so he’s now going to try a little stiff arming. Will the pro-life, pro-family, pro-gun planks be removed from the GOP platform to accommodate Rudy?

If that happens, I will remove myself from the Republican party! But where am I to go? Will another party spring up to accommodate people like me? I hate what is happening to the conservative movement. And I despise Guilianni and all his stinkin’ little worshippers.

This would remove GOP supporters from the platform, too.

I doubt it but would certainly welcome the confrontation, long overdue imo , altho here in California, where the party just ignored the planks .. and voted for a Progressive anyway.

Rooty didn’t like the treatment he got from the pro-life wing. Just wait till he finds out what the pro-gun wing does to him.
Rooty will be longing for the nice pro-lifers to deal with.

not a chance...Rudy’d ship is sunk. It would be great if he were to have a sudden realization that the darkside has influenced his mind to accept legal abortion and announce that he has come to his senses.

One of my biggest fears is that that's exactly what will happen. Worse than that, however, is that in order to "accomodate" Giuliani, one must accept his view of the Constitution as a mere compilation of suggestions to be ignored when he feels the situation warrants.

Well, that would clearly free a very large portion to join another party....if a candidate were that outspoken and honest in his thoughts I say good. Let the chips fall. Even if I wouldn’t vote for Rudy I say finally a pol being honest. Now, let him be equally honest about gay marraige.

Here is some proof that Rudy can not win the general election.
He blows off people he disagrees with, and others he does agree with will not vote for him because of the R behind his name, or because they do not trust him.
I am glad I am not a Rudy fan.
