Best of luck. I’d love to listen to an EIB orchestrated debate, but the logistics would be massive with no pay-off for Rush other than being thrown under the bus by 1) the media 2) the liberals and 3) any conservative and/or Republican who feels their guy was slighted (and you know that would happen). I just don’t see the up-side for El Rushbo and I think he’d react to the idea as doing more harm than good.

I’ll consider myself lucky if Rush gives the anointed nominee a couple of phone-in segments the week before the election.

We shall see..I understand your poitn of view..but it seems to me the opportunity for Rush to show the shallowness of the MSM, and to show how much better he is at facilitating a debate, would be too much for him to pass up..Besides..since he’d also make the same offer to the Dems..you know that some of them would of course accept..Kucinich, Dodd, Richardson come to mind..and would thus put pressure on the others to do so as well.. The two debates on NBC attracted about 2 million viewers each time..in SC the NBC stations only covered the first hour..then they just had to televise some stupid game show...whereas Rush has abotu how many listeners?
