I wish people talking about Kansas would note that there are no “rescue” operations, that all that’s left is cleaning up the debris and rebuilding, so what the Governor is complaining about regarding the National Guard is not some “emergency”, it’s whether we should reduce our war on terror so people can have free access to better cleanup equipment.
