Thanks for posting that article. Nevada has a ‘local’ option, each county choosing to decided whether to legalize cat houses or not.
Clark County where Las Vegas resides is a no - no county and we see the results.
(Trivia: Clark County is named after Senator William Clark, a copper mining magnate, who lost a nephew on board the Titanic)
