if you have sex - be open to life.
If you procreate - you must have sex to do it.

There's really no excuse here for 'reduction.' Perhaps in addition to outlawing the ability to kill young humans, the law should also restrict implanting more than two embryos at a time.

It is a dangerous error to assume that radicalefists operate according to the same moral compass as Christians. They do not! They are amoral, interested more in the outcome of events rather than the behavior in achieving them.
This "end justifies the means" philosophy is the reason that the results of leftist initiatives are seldom good. If one's behavior through the process is not subject to any moral standard, there is little likelihood of ever achieving a positive goal. The self-centered nature of a morally unchecked man will derail the effort.
And if by some stroke of luck a result is reached, you can be assured it will be more costly than, and far inferior to what can be achieved by morally anchored people.
