Didn’t Mr. Bush tell someone in the royal family back in the day (can’t remember who) that he was the black sheep in his family? They’re quite familiar with his sense of humour. I would guess that the Queen’s visit is entirely about showing support for the USA. I would also guess that she likes Mr. Bush, and finds him to be charming. As do I. :)
