I thought 9 “Rings of Power” were given to men, not 5.

3 Rings for the Elven Kings under the sky, 7 for the Dwarf Lords in their halls of stone. 9 for mortal Men doomed to die. One for the Dark lord on his Dark Throne, in the land of Mordor, where the Shadows lie.

One Ring to rule them. One Ring to find them. One Ring to gather them, and in the darkness bind them. In the Land of Mordor, where the Shadows lie.

These could be the ones given to the Dwarves. Several were eaten by dragons and were never recovered by Sauron. But now these are in the hands of Morgoth’s latest servant.
