It occurred in St. Louis. Mr Isa - a Palestinian, killed his
daughter because she was dating a black man. The mother held down the daughter while he stabbed her to death. The only reason they were caught was because the FBI was wiretapping & monitoring Isa as part of an anti-terrorist investigation & they caught it as it was happening.
