BTW, it is courtesy to ping others to posts in which you mention them, let alone trash them as you are attempting to do.
This is a public forum — all posts are open to all eyes. And no that “pinging” is not courtesy in some cases, most cases even. The more courteous thing is to let sleeping dogs lie, or frothing dogs to their own froth, and not be ringing the dinner bell for them.
