To prove that it exists no contamination
The Forensic Experts Entrusted with the Analyses of the Samples of Explosives of 3/11 Will Ask for the Exhumation of the Corpses.
The hypothesis about the contamination of the explosives [samples] have been falling apart. When DNT was found in the samples, the official experts affirmed it was caused by an inoculation in its manufacturing process. This theory was discarded, but when nitro glycerine appeared in one of the explosion scenes, the chief of the Laboratory of the Scientific Police pointed out as cause the porosity of the bag that contained the sample. According to EL MUNDO revelations, the civil experts are fed up with the alleged manipulations. In addition, they see too many dark corners in the [earlier] analysis [carried out] by the TEDAX [Spanish Police Explosive Disposal Unit]. Thus, they are going to ask the panel of judges of the 3/11 case, the exhumation of some corpses in order to rule out any kind of contamination. They will also ask the court to investigate the chain of custody of the evidence recovered.
(Libertad Digital) The experts that represent the [private] accusations and defences are to ask the court that judges the 3/11 case, the authorization to search for new samples and, if they are not found, the exhumation of the corpses [of victims of 3/11]. According to EL MUNDO revelation, one of the forensic experts points out that the exhumation of the bodies would allow to analyze and know definitively what kind of explosives used the terrorist on the trains. It is very hard, but it is one of the few solutions left.
Although [investigating] Judge Del Olmo and the State Attorney Olga Sánchez maintain that in the trains exploded Goma-2 ECO, there is, up to now, no written report on the analyses of the samples recovered in the explosion scenes in the trains. This motivated, three years later, an order from [the president of the panel of Judges] Gómez-Bermúdez to carry out new analyses in order to determine the kind of explosive used in the massacre of Madrid.
For that objective, a workgroup was created, consisting of eight experts: four of them independents, chosen by the private accusations and defences; and four officials [two from the Police and two from the Civil Guard]. The confrontations among them have been constant. And it happened that this workgroup discovered that in the samples of the explosion scenes there were rests of DNT (component of Goma-2 EC [and Titadyn]) and nitro glycerine (from Titadyn [used by ETA]). Rests that the official experts have not been able to detect during three years of work.
The manufacturers of the polyethylene bags rule out such porosity
However, the confrontations between the official experts and the ones that represent the private accusations and defences have constantly increased. The chief of the team, Alfonso Vega, affirmed when DNT [dinitro toluene] was found that this discovery was caused by a contamination in the manufacturing process. But this theory was discarded soon thereafter. The same happened with the nitro glycerine. This technician attributed it to the porosity of the polyethylene bags that contain the samples. However, according to EL MUNDO information, this theory has also been dismantled when the reports of the manufacturers of these bags, absolutely rejecting that possibility, have reached the laboratory of the Scientific Police.
The court might receive the report on the explosives on May 6th.
Because of this confrontation between the parts that compose the laboratory workgroup, it is probable that the court receive two reports on May 6th: one signed by the experts designated by the private accusations and defences and other by the Police ones. The two experts from the Civil Guard want to sign only the report on the methodology followed, but not the one about the conclusions. They also see too many dark corners in the analysis carried out by the TEDAX. In fact, the experts chosen by the private accusations and defences are ready to ask Gómez-Bermúdez to investigate the chain of custody of the evidence collected.

By J Aguilar,
Just add that the State attorney in the 3/11 case, Olga Sánchez, is known in Spain as Olga "Valeyá" Sánchez because on a conversation with the press regarding the investigations, she answered to an EL MUNDO journalist's questions on how she knew that what exploded in the trains was Goma-2 ECO, if there was no report supporting it, that: "it was Goma-2 ECO, stop it now". ["Vale ya" may be translated as "stop it now"]
Such brilliant deduction, such well founded arguments, such rational inferrence and above all such [fascist] logic used in a case regarding two hundred people that will never return to their homes and that allowed change in the government and alliances of Spain, have endowed her with that nickname.
More 3/11.
The deception on the kind of explosive used in the massacre was the key element to divert the investigations from ETA towards a group of confidents of the Spanish National Police and the Spanish Secret Services (CNI), later used as scapegoats.
Thanks again for this post, keeping us in touch with the developments in Spain.
For those freepers who haven’t followed this, there is growing evidence that the Socialist government covered up the fact that it was Basque terrorists and not Muslims who blew up the trains before the Spanish election.
Why? So they could illegitimately take over the government with lies.
J Aguillar, I tried googling the phrase “Vale ya” and came up with a Spanish blog that has been following this coverup by the Socialist government, here:

How do you say pajamas media in Spanish?
Thanks a lot to all of you, Cicero.
Pajamas media?
If I understand it correctly, things are a bit different in Spain.
Due to State pressures during the long terms of Socialist rule, most of the Spanish media won’t dare to tackle a Socialist government. They are in the hands of oligarchs and businessmen close or that collaborate with the Socialist party. This problem, which Aznar did not correct, made possible 3/11.
Therefore, in Spain we have actual media companies that have to broadcast their information through Internet, to avoid the Socialist grip. Libertad Digital is the most successful of them.
Thus, many of the roles Pajama Media carries out in the US, in Spain are done by actual “rebel” and successful Internet media companies.
Beyond them, there is the “Movement Against ZaPatero” (MAZP), a ring of blogs and websites. Their main precursor, gruporisa.com, was closed after a confrontation with the government and a Basque company sued it.
BTW the mastermind of 3/11 did not take into account Internet in his plans.
I don’t put anything past a Marxist. That’s why I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to learn that Spain’s Socialist Workers’ Party colluded with with whatever terrorist group was behind the 3/11 attacks.
But regardless whether it was the ETA or al-Qaeda, the result is the same — Spanish voters surrendered. As Mark Steyn points out about the 3/11 attack in his book “America Alone”, “no one will remember the footnotes, the qualifications — just the final score: terrorists toppled a European government.”
