”It would be OK to repeal it,” said Giuliani,

You know, this reminds me of his answer to the question of whether he was a Reagan Republican when he ran for NYC mayor. He responded: "I...am a Republican.". Now of course, he's more Reagan than Ronnie himself ever was.

But what is really striking is the utterly moronic and insipid diffidence to such a major issue, particularly to a NARAL Champion Of Choice™.

Let me give an example.

Judy: "Honey-bunny, would you be fine if I ordered in some tacos tonight?"
Rudy: "It would be OK."

Judy: "Honey-bunny-smoochy-pants, could we spend Sunday afternoon over at my mother's?"
Rudy: "It would be OK."

Chris Matthews: "How would you feel if the Court overturned Roe tomorrow?
Rudolph Giuliani: "It would be OK."

It's such a bizarre answer to a life and death issue the two parties have fought over for thirty years. He's the Mr. Mackay (South Park) of the GOP (M'kay). It's like the Gerber's Baby Food people are writing Rudi's speeches, with "It's OK" being the strained peas flavor. Or maybe he's heavily sedated, I just don't know.

I recall how he acted when they did the Perp Walk of the candidates at the Reagan Library. When he walked past Obertroll on the way in, he was the only candidate to step over toward the glass and wave and smile, looking like some total hick. Like any Republican in all of history should ever be glad to see Keith Obertroll, let alone have any camera catch him waving and grinning at the Keithtress. Even Obertroll seemed kind of shocked, maybe even a little scared, certainly taken aback by this odd odd behavior in a Republican, like the mayor needed confinement in a padded cell.

That's one weird little mayor.

Rudy's one weird little mayor.

LOL----so true. His weirdness is legendary and was never more apparent than at the debate.

Didn't we all savor Ruti's "deer-in-the-headlights" moment----when he was asked to define Shiite from Sunni?

It was as if Ruti was embarrassed that he actually knew the answer........and couldn't quite figure out if knowing was good or bad for his image.

The look on Ruti's face was priceless.
