My upstream bandwidth is slow but I have the relevant segment re-encoded now at ~8MB.
I'm uploading it via YouTube as I recalled I have an account there I've never used. You interested?
It was pretty funny, I thought. It should be online there in less than an hour. I'll post back the YouTube link here. I was pleased with the audio/video quality. Hopefully, they won't degrade it any when they store it.

My re-encode to H.264 was flawless and standards-compliant. But the beginning of the video is slightly marred by their re-encoding. Maybe I should have stuck with MPEG2. Any advice welcome. I could still re-encode and re-upload but this is such a small humor clip I’m not sure if it’s worth it.
