TABOR is still in place and tax rates will not be going up anytime soon. Colorado remains one of the lowest tax states in the nation. California is one of the highest taxed states.

Your original question was as clear as mud. The topic of the thread and the brief article has to do with Bob Schaffer's run for the Senate. Not what's with Colorado. If your interested the second paragraph of my post at #6, I mention what the problems are.

TABOR wasn`t changed in `06? Guess I`m wrong. The head of the Republicans Party in Col.was on Hugh Hewitt a few weeks ago and said that property taxes were going up, but, the guy`s probably a pinhead like me. How do you like your new Democrat Legislature and your new Rat Governor?
