Our local weatherman just said there have been a total of 72 tornadoes that have been on the ground today. There are warnings in the same areas of Kansas tonight. Prayers up for all those in the way of these deadly tornadoes.
This is why we don’t always respond to the sirens as quickly as we should.
Like anything in life, if it becomes routine, or close to routine, we just don’t take it as seriously as we should. There are tornados around here all the time. These are not F5 tornados, however. That’s where the problem comes in. Especially when I was younger, I felt like this: how much time can you spend in the basement?
