I would guess that the queers have more money to spend than the average family. I am not that surprised. Follow the money!!!
Maybe John Street remembers Act Up throwing human blood all over the place in an attempt to get attention. He just wants to have peace and calm after so much chaos and murder. The poor citizens of Philadelphia will survive John Street and hopefully elect a mayor with character and a moral compass. That will be a change
That has to be it. I can't imagine that there's enough ass pirates out there in numbers to be worth targeting, but the few that are out there must have lots of money to spend.
