You don't see the flaw in this "logic"?

It is hard to believe that someone would post something like that and then expect to be taken seriously. My guess is that he got an F in math and couldn't get into the stats class.

It's even worse than that. No mention of how many of the estimated 1 million unlicensed drivers are thought to be illegals. Many just can't afford car insurance. So to jump from "unlicensed drivers are responsible for 21% of fatal accidents" to "a driver in a fatal accident is 21% likely to be an illegal" is not logical. The article didn't even say that he was unlicensed.

Lots of poor math on FR.
