“’gut feelings’ and instinct” exist because the human mind has powers far beyond
those of which we are aware. They are not supernatural powers. They can not see into the future.
They use information of which we may not be aware, and exist to aid in the survival of the individual.
To settle the question for now and always, “seeing into the future” is a set of words that corresponds to no reality. It’s impossible. Experiments can not prove the impossible.
There is something called causality. One action causes another. The cause precedes the effect.
This is a principle that is self-evident. It needs no proof.
Because of this principle, “seeing into the future” and “going into the future” are impossible.
