The rain these supercells are dropping is incredible, 200 miles west of me between San angelo and Abilene, Texas one storm has dropped 5-7” and golfball hail since this afternoon, including a funnel cloud.
The storm has practically parked in the same area since about 2pm.
Ive noticed in Kansas and Ok the rain totals reach 12” in some areas. Equal to a tropical storm total.

Im glad the dry line is expected to stay west tonight and away from DFW.

Prayers up for those in the path of these storms.

(Texas) AT 639 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF MERTZON...MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR ARDEN BY 710 PM CDT
