Wasn’t it Alex Baldwin that said the VP should be killed and nothing was done after he noted it was a joke? Here is this guys defense.

That’s what I would do. Notice in the search warrant return that the only thing he had that could have hurt her was the Ipod, he could have downloaded mp3 clips of her say Saddam had WMDs and then plugged it into a PA system.
