I was 3 years old and I remember thinking Johnson had it done.
OK, so I don’t remember.
If it was a conspiracy, the tracks have all been covered. If it wasn’t, there were no tracks to begin with.
So I don’t really care.
I don’t lose any sleep over it either for the same reasons except, it would really piss me off at the government that by now, so many would have known and so many did so little.
It would make the last minutes of JFK and Kevin Costner’s closing statements be more true, then fiction.
Around 1968, there was a play about it. It was a Macbeth parody, with Johnson as Macbeth, and JFK as the King. I heard about it in the 80s, and got a copy from the library. The notion that Johnson did it was shared by a lot of people from the beginning, apparently.
My mother was two months pregnant with me when JFK was killed, but all of us feti (fetuses?) knew LBJ did it.
