I don’t know what to say to you but I was wondering how you felt about Joseph Smith being tarred and feathered and almost being castrated . . . and finally murdered in cold blood by a mob. No trial, no jury, no judge, no justice.
If Joseph Smith were a fraud, all he’d have had to do was renouce his spiritual claims but he never did because it was all true.

It appears he believed his own spin. But so did Jim Jones, and Koresh, and the Heaven’s Gate crew and they all died spectacular and gruesome deaths. And it isn’t like a lot of other frauds havn’t died in a hail of bullets rather than admit they had taken a wrong track.
