Don’t you sometimes feel sorry for Bishops? They don’t get paid; they help bear our burdens; do they get much sleep?
I don’t know just how they balance everything; but, they are rewarded in many ways. Our bishop related to us that the Stake President likes to take some time in their monthly meetings to talk about “payday moments” - those experiences that make all the sacrifice worth it.
