I am proud to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am not ashamed of my Savior, Jesus Christ. I love my Church. P.S. There are no paid clergy in my Church. Oh, maybe that’s the rub.

Oh yeah, I’ve sure seen a lot of starving Bishops out on the street corner panhandling. The Mormon Church is just as corporate as the papacy. Oh wait, I guess all that commercial land being bought in SLC is going to be given away to stakeholders.

“I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Prove it Saundra. Go ask for the idol atop your church spire to be replaced by a cross - put Jesus first. If you do that, I will believe you are unashamed of the Gospel. Until then I think it is obvious you serve Baal.

Not a cross in sight.

I am sorry to say, the Gospel of Jesus Christ does not have much in common with the LDS. I’m sure many Mormons would like them to be one and the same. But they are not. There is no way that orthodox Christians can be convinced that the LDS represents the biblical Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is a chasm between the two. And I really am sorry that this is not clear to Mormons. I guess therein lies the deception.
