You can't be the World's only superpower and have absolutely NO foreign policy whatsoever.

hmm..."free trade with all. entangling alliances with none"....sound familar? This is what our Nation's founders thought of foreign intervention and why Congress is required to declare wars, not pass that power to the executive branch.

Congress delared war. Look up the definition of "war".

The President is the Commander in Chief. He has the executive power to send men to battle as they have done in Korea,Vietnam,Panama,Grenada,Iraq,Afghanistan...

I understand what you say but I pity Israel under such a policy. There are some things that require free nations to defend one another. JMHO.
