McCain came across programmed and Rooty came across uninspiring.
I thought the leftwing mayor would do much better. This was about as friendly a crowd as he could hope for, being liberal Arnie country.
Rudi fell flat. Given he generally uses the same kind of fast-paced talking himself just like Chrissy Matthews does, you'd think he would have done much better in this debate format.

While there are so many things I dislike about Rudy, I had believed that he would be a quick thinker and faster on his feet. Another myth dispelled.
