Considering that young childen could be at a college at any time, this kind of activity have no place at all in the public areas of campus. Why just worry about the children? Adults too have an interest in decency and even purity.

It’s the first thing that came to mind. I singled them out as being more vulnerable. But you are correct. This kind of activity have no place on campus period.
