Most likely the meat. Could have been the cheese or the sauce.

Sorry to hear that. Domino's use to be really good about their ingredients back in th '70's, but, competition to make a buck....well. Was the pizza well cooked?

Pizza was seemingly well cooked and there was no meat. My guess is that the sauce was contaminated and somehow did not get hot enough to kill the -occocus living in there.
