If they were charging equivilant rates for all customers, it wouldn't be an issue. But they're not raising rates for conventional stations....just Net Radio sites, and raising the rates to a degree explicitly designed to kill off Net Radio.
That's racketeering by any other name. That's the difference. They're acting just like the old business trusts of the early 20th century.

Then, according to your logic, the RIAA ought to charge internet stations the same as standard broadcast stations.
