He will. I hope the RINOs stand their ground and vote not to override the veto.
Caving now will castrate the WOT and the Bush Presidency.
If we run from Iraq... it will be because of weak Republicans.
THis is one area Bush is passionate about.
The Presidenthad better quickly appeal to the REAL AMERICANS to buy “Military Defence Bonds” to finance our troops. This traitorist congress will not fund them as they have plainly said. Time is wasting.
I love this title—”Dems Go to the Mat....” If this were the opposite with Republicans trying to push through a bill and using verbiage, such as “We are going to push that bill down the president’s throat”, I suspect the headlines would be more on the line of
“PATRIOTIC” REPUPLICANS BULLY DEMOCRATS AND STALL FUNDING TO THE TROOPS
I would bet on it.
Fortunately, President Bush doesn’t care what the media has to say. He has principles.
