being tough on terrorism

He really needs to get that message dropped. Going on TV after a terrorist attack is not being tough on terrorism.

“....that he’ll appoint judges who are strict constitutionalists....”

sure, ruudeee

geez.....why would one suppose that someone who is NOT a strict constitutionalist pretend he would invoke a personal litmus test of strict constitutionalism upon appointees?

Oh, I forgot....it depends on who he is talking to at the time.....hilliary performs similarly when onstage, too.

So what? He stopped by here in Raleigh. Raleigh and the surrounding area are full of transplants. I'm not voting for a damyankee no matter who it is.

Rudy came to my little rural town in South Alabama (pop=1,800) for a $1,000 a plate breakfast. When he left, the talk of the town was that he wouldn't eat the grits.

Giuliani makes fundraising stops in Mobile, Montgomery

"After the breakfast in Mobile, during which Giuliani said he steered clear of the grits and just drank coffee, the former mayor flew to Montgomery for another $1,000-per-person campaign fundraiser before addressing a joint session of the Alabama Legislature that drew an overflow crowd."

I think Rudy Fred ticket would be just about the best, and may I speculate that that is the plan......that’s why fred is out now....he’s not the material for the boss, but what a great balance he would add to the ticket....I bet you that’s what it will be.....

Uh -- No, he doesn't.

I lived inthe South my entire life - -Atlanta, Greenville, S.C. and Montgomery, AL --

Trust me -- the legally funded abortion comments killed whatever chance he had.

It's an uphill battle to be sure, but Giuliani's message of fiscal conservatism and being tough on terrorism sells in the region -- even if his support for state gun control regulations doesn't.

Kentucky's 1st district, in 1994, voted in a republican for the first time since the civil war because our dem rep voted to bring the bill out of committee (even though he voted against it on the floor; we're smart enough to catch on to things like that around here) which then passed. Some things in the south simply will not be abided; gun control is one of them.

A man hobnobbing with a bunch of pols in a state legislature a presidential candidate does not make.

Marsha Mercer knows NOTHING about the south. This article is from WASHINGTON STATE!

Hers is the identical ignorant attitude which puts out a few bails of hey and things that makes them souther.

Bet she is impressed with Hillaries southern accent.

Guiliani’s problems are NOT his marriages, they are his left wing beliefs.

Why else would he, PER C-SPAN, this morning, have microfiled “all” his mayoral documents without any index. Essentially he had his records microfished in no particular order with no pattern.

Guiliani is hiding his NYC state of mind.

Rooty will never win in the South. He has absolutely nothing in common with Southerners.

He may get some northern transplant votes in Florida, but that is about it.

When Fred announces. He will win the South!

Rudy has about as much chance in the South as a snowball has to survive today’s 90 degree weather. As far a a “having a prayer in the South”, shouldn’t Rudy be trying to find a church where they will at least let him receive communion?

Just Say NO to Rootie.

Why Rootie won't win.

Take the Republican party.

Subtract almost all the pro-life crowd.

Subtract those who believe in the right to keep and bear arms.

You now have a much smaller party than the Democrat party.

Some say that Rootie will pick up democrat "security moms". Not so. When Hillary is on the dem ticket the "security moms" will become "gender voters" in a heartbeat.

Hillary can and will crush Rootie very flat and thin.

That is what will happen if Rootie gets the nomination.
