Anyone can use the footwashing facilities, can't they? And if I were dumb enough to go sockless to another airport, you can bet I would after having to go barefoot through the security line. Airport floors must be filthy.

Of course, this assumes the footwashing basins are being put in ladies' rooms, too. If not, gee, wonder if that opens another can of worms...?
