I hate it when folks constantly whine about a stumble in a speech or mispronouncing a word. He has so much information cataloged and stored I don't know how he strings together a coherent sentence.

One of our wounded warriors was estactic when President Bush saw him at the White House and called out to him by name and said, "I see you got the new leg."

He had met Tony months before in a hospital bed at Walter Reed. Not only did he remember his name, but the nature of his injury.

Finally, this legislation is unconstitutional because it purports to direct the conduct of the operations of the war in a way that infringes upon the powers vested in the Presidency by the Constitution, including as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. For these reasons, I must veto this bill.
