I would say the military justice system is working, even if it seems agonizingly slow. NCIS however is an entirly different story. If any investigation needs to be done, it’s of the methods and practices of that organization.

Agreed...The military justice system is working, the charges being dropped against Lt. Phan is proof of it. However, there’s no excuse for the way his Article 32 hearing was conducted by Lt. Col. Pigott. It’s Pigott and those like him in the system that should be thoroughly looked into by an IG.

Absolutely agreed, Pogy. I trust Lt. Gen. Mattis and the process. But the Marine's civilian police force, the NCIS, is a whole other story.
