President Bush publically said long ago that there was no evidence Iraq was involved in the 9/11 attack. Trying to link the Administration to such a claim is a futile effort.

By the way, loopy Ray McGovern has accused Cheney of being involved in the Niger documents forgeries on Tucker Carlson’s show.

An Iraq/9-11 connection is very different than an Iraq/al-Qaeda connection.

The left has long been telling us there was no al-Qaeda in Iraq before Bush went to war. That statement is simply untrue.

The backstabbing French created those documents to trip up Sec. Colin Powell’s UN presentation. The French owned most of the uranium mines in Niger. I wonder how much Wilson has invested in French stocks?

It’s all about the money.

Also Saddam’s forces were being MORE provocative firing at US/UK planes patrolling the NFZs than in the past. This started when Bush got into office.

And...”Ex-Clinton official: Action ‘appropriate’
Samuel Berger, former U.S. national security adviser to former President Bill Clinton, told CNN he agreed with the decision to attack. “This is a completely appropriate action,” he said. “This has been done before ... where we believed when our planes were being threatened, we took action.

“We are patrolling the no-fly zone to protect the people of Iraq,” Berger added, referring to Iraqi opponents of Saddam Hussein. “And in order to do that, we need to protect our planes.”
