I think you have a winner there. Frame the question this way: "Do we know with 100% certainty there were NO Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq PRIOR to the invasion?"

The answer is No.
"Is it possible that WMD could have been moved out of country prior to our invasion?" I don't believe for a minute that the intelligence agencies got it wrong on the WMD. There was too much time for them to move the WMD. There is also the reminder that Saddam used WMD on his own people so he already had proven capability to use them.
