There are more than a few on this forum that believe everything a cop does is o.k. And if you have the audacity to be critical of the cop’s action, well you are a cop hater.

I was briefly a LEO, over 15 years ago. In my experience, around 10-15% of the officers were "integrity challenged."My father was one about the same time, but we were far enough in the sticks they were still called Peace Officers....and I'll agree with your numbers.
I shudder to think about what the number is now.
IMHO- They should change Protect and Serve to Collect and Observe.
