Yeah, but the right state is just across the street. And what does that have to do with the Kansas legislature? Missouri has a concealed carry law of their own.

Thanks. I stopped to check the key words while I typed in Bang list and noticed “Kansas”.

The urgent questions on journalists' minds are, "Can you tell us what kind of gun he used?", followed by, "Can you tell us what gun shop it came from?".
Because, you know, these are the urgent questions. It doesn't matter about the shooter or why he went off. Or why people were defenseless.

per CNN...the shooter is dead by his own hand.

“The suspect is said to have used an AK-47, or possibly a rifle, and may have had another weapon on his side”
Every AK 47 is a rifle. Will the news media please try and find someone who knows something about guns to write these stories? I'm tired of them making up things that sound good. ABC was at it last week talking about buying ammo off of eBay. Ebay does not sell any ammo or any firearm. If you don't know what you are talking about don't write the damn story.

Not to mention security gaurds whose sole purpose is to do what? PROTECT THE PUBLIC.A rent-a-cop's job is to make you feel like you're being protected. Otherwise, you won't go there to spend your money.
They only pay minimum wage for security. Don't expect any skills like the average Marine or Soldier has, even if the guard is armed.

Should be interestin to see how the MSM explains
how he conceal carried a “AK-47 or rifle”..
and how what was prorlly a varmint gun is
automatically thought to be a AK-47...rather
than a ‘rifle”.
Assault weapons are so good at keeping people
from firing off more than one round at a time...

Both FOX and CNN were ALERTING that the VA Tech shooter bought 2 magazines off eBay, as if that should be alarming news to America.

It`s called knowing that the citizens of the United States have had their second amendment right raped and they are nothing more than sitting ducks for any POS to use as target practice. Our personal safety is worth billions in political donation.
Howard the Dean has told me so.

***When was the last time scalping was used? What made them bring it up? Well, this will make the Indian community nervous! The French (the originators of the practice) wont be.***
A little off the subject but the French did NOT origionate scalping. It was here centuries before Colombus ever landed.
Several early explorers wrote of finding the Indians doing this practice long bbefore the French were supposed to have started it.
Several massacre sites in the Dakotas dating from the 1300’s had skulls showing definite scalping groves in them. I believe this bill about scalping has to do with ticket sales.

The penalty for NOT carrying could be death.Personally, I chose to discount the penalty and carry.

ABC first posted this story and then changed it to quoting eBay spokespersons. You know that the eBay legal team jumped ABC hard.
April 21, 2007 ABCNews has learned that in the months before his shooting spree at Virginia Tech, Seung-Hui Cho may have purchased 20 rounds of ammunition through the online auction site eBay.
An eBay account holder who appears to be Cho purchased a two-pack of 10-round ammunition clips for a Walther P22 on March 22, 2007, less than a month before Cho killed 32 people and himself at Virginia Tech. The ammunition was purchased on eBay from Elk Ridge Shooting Supplies for the same type of weapon used by Cho in his bloody rampage last week.

Every AK 47 is a rifle.
Although not impossable, I would be quite suprised if the killers weapon was an AK-47.
More likely a semi auto, AK look-a-like.

This is one Cop who should be placed on limited duty, and required to report to the shooting range for additional training every day// No reason for this perp to be walking around, and costing the city and county a ton on money to prosecute him. One 44 special slug to the head would have eliminated all of this.
