Can a person get a CDL license for tanker and/or hazmat runs if the person doesn't know English? I'm curious. Anyone know if English proficiency is required?

When I took my CDL/Hazmat test years ago (not for tractor trailer though!), I was given a computerized test. Not sure if they offer these tests in Spanish.
