Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. Sometimes an accident is just an accident. Truckers are usually salt of the earth people, but a lot of them will do anything to make their time. Early morning, this guy wants to get home, is speeding and loses control. Actually I would guess this might be a licensing scandal, a unqualified driver rather than terrorism.
